Chef and Restaurant Manager,  Mike Beveridge brings a wealth of experience to Greenhouse Brasserie.

28 years after beginning his career with a placement at New York’s Waldorf Astoria Hotel, he joins Greenhouse Brasserie from Seaham Hall and Serenity Spa having previously worked for Marks and Spencer, Swallow Hotel Group and run his own successful events company.

Mike says:
 "Being a part of the Greenhouse Brasserie team is a fantastic opportunity to help share what I’ve learnt over the years about running a restaurant to help shape the careers of our young chefs and front of house teams."






Restaurant Supervisor, Denise Wilson has worked for some of the region’s best hospitality establishments. She joins from Seaham Hall and Serenity Spa and has 15 years experience in coordinating and managing large-scale events from business conferences to weddings.

As Restaurant Supervisor, she is Mike's right hand woman and ensures all event details and bookings are delivered to a high standard. She can also been seen in running the restaurant and ensuring the young team are mentored throughout the day and our customers continue to recieve a great level of customer service.

Denise says "I can't wait to get started, it's a great opportunity. I hope to be able to coach our young students increaisng their confidence and skills. I'm looking forward to organising some great events too."
